I thought the same thing then I saw that little tid bit on the top about how the PBC is done differently. And followed the link (on the welcome page after stupidly trying to click here when it is just a screenie I think haha)... PBCs seem to be recorded via a thread. I think it is different because you can pick out who you want to do your breeding, and the wait time varies per artist's.. And Artist's going MIA or having to take a break effects this list the most I think if the artist is super popular. So yeah.. 2012 is not really accurate per se... On the other hand, waiting several months (as in 6 + months), does not appear to be unusual either.. I wonder why 2012 is there though.. Like if that is when it became a thread or not... Or what? Because at first look it is totally holy shit worthy XD (I don't think we can be the only people who overlooked the tiny print on the top uwu ) I could have said this in a lot less words. But is nearly 2 am. sooo... Oopsies. ^^;

FWOO Okay. Geez *heart stops pounding* Well good thing I didn't pick an artist for anything lol I am doing predicts lol. That makes me 100000% happier.
and yea, i hope it means the beggining of the thread, because honestly, if an artist went on hiatus or something I would re-submit. not into waiting that long. I have been honing my own animal drawing skills just so i wont have to wait lol.

I think the dates shown are when breedings were last assigned within the breeding system (= when you get the notification on your breed requests that it has been assigned). I think PBCs as it works currently do not get assigned like this (I've never seen the notice on any of my pbc breedings anyway), and as such the date hasn't been updated since the last time a list was assigned through the system like other coins. You should watch the thread for progress as the lists and how long it takes depend on which artists you pick for your breeding ^^ (I've had some back after roughly 3 weeks to a month, while my breedings in there now have taken over a month and aren't close to being assigned because there's a much longer waiting list for those artists I picked this time.)
Same goes for HLBC, that one is predict only so the last assigned list was probably july 2013 then :P
