This is a notice that the GCC team is required to produce designs that are 75% or under. If you receive a design from the GCC team that is classified as silver, the artist is required to fix it for you. If you cannot get your artist to fix the design for you in a reasonable amount of time so that it is gold, contact a moderator.

What if it's blue? If we're paying for something to be a GCC and it comes out as blue, does the same thing apply or are we out of luck?

Thanks for the post. I sometimes fear I might be making something silver instead of gold and as has been mentioned already, it'd take a long time to wait for a ruling on the design before submitting it.
If anyone has a problem with any of my designs, they're free to come to me and I hope people aren't afraid of doing that!

Oh, I didn't know this! Is there any sort of time limit to contact the artist for a fix after receiving the design?

My only complaint with this news post is how are we supposed to know if the design is Gold level or higher? I've had a design I've gotten from the GCC deal in the crystal check FOREVER and still haven't gotten a ruling back on it yet.
