Account Teleporters are now discontinued. Existing ones can be opened up into 15 GP, the cost of buying one from the GP Shop when it was originally released (as well as a Blue CD, since an item had to be included).
Their functionality required tinkering with the database with a number of SQL queries, and they were not worth the risk to the data. Each instance of executing one carried potential data loss with a single mistyped letter.

I am just curious, because I thought Account teleporters could teleport premiums... what about those then? I know that some people will be wasting a lot of GP to move now if they have to do that and lose all their premium. It doesn't effect me, but I am just curious if there will be any fixing things for people who have that problem.

Message me and I'll see what I can do, but it would have to be something that was already existing. If you hadn't already tried sending a teleporter then you won't be able to move anything (premium included).

The trading post is going to be having a limit on the number of items that can be attached, so when that happens, it would have to be within the limit (or making multiple lots or whatever).

Trading post already has an 8 item to 8 pet limit in place. Lowering it would make it a bit harder, but still be useable.

When I moved into this account, I used the Trading Post, making lots of 10 items a piece, and moved my items that way. It was a pain in the butt to get all the lots up, but it worked pretty easy for accepting the items. Just make sure you have some BP/junk items to offer on the lots with your new account if you ever do move. :3 It's the same with pets, unless you're moving out of an account that had a lair partner... Kekekeke. <3
