The mouths are not part of the set, that's one of the default base mouths. It doesn't matter whether or not these show a mouth since it's not in the set.

It may not be part of the set but they look really weird with no mouths, especially when all the guys have mouths. If no one had mouths, it would be less unsettling. Still strange but not as weird.

The top three right now are all some rainbow/multicolor version. I feel this happens a lot with voting--the results are that the final winners are pretty similar.
