I wonder if people are canceling breeds/that being part of the hope since a lot of the issue is the queue as well. and spending PP on them too to clear out lots of PP. I don't have a lot of PP myself and no RBC, 5 in queue but nope I had a project I'd started an it took me forever to get the ones I have so. x3
