You will now notice that there is a Wishlist option when you visit the Holiday Tree!
Create your own wishlist, search for a friend's, or even look through Random Wishes to find a stranger to surprise this month! :3
Wishlist & Gifting Tips
- You can make changes to your wishlist at any time, so don't be shy!
- Include several tier ranges, such as low, mid, and high. If the only thing on your wishlist is a Breeding Pendant, your friends will have a hard time picking out a present for you!
- Similarly, be sure to include a variety of wishes. Do you collect a particular site item? Do you have a favorite custom that you'd like art of? What are your favorite site features--that is, would you use cooking items more, or wearables?
- On the gifting side, get creative! "Coupons" for coding, breeding slots, and sweet messages with punny gifts are all great options. :3
- Pace yourself! Santa might get all his gifting done in one night, but he also has an army of elves working 'round the clock all year.

this wishlist feature is okay expect for the people looking for pets they need to make it specific of what they are looking besides if i was the gifter I wouldn't want to bother to search for pages of pets on the site to see what the person is looking for

SaphiressDarchaliath (#56121) Yeah, I especially like how your friends' wishlists are displayed automatically - up till now there wasn't really much use for the friends list. Now I catch myself going "oh, this person has a wishlist too! I could totally get them that... And I prolly should get that person something too..." And so on xD
Zoey (#57119) I don't really see how asking for pets here is any different from looking for pets on the forums and such? People could for example mention a type of pet they're interested in, post a small list of pets they're looking for or link even to a page where people can find a more detailed list.

Also, Eri & Dew (#17), is it okay to use html in the messages we send with our gifts? I think I remember this not being encouraged in previous years, but since you mention gifting "coupons" , I figured I'd ask =) Would be so much nicer if we could gift a little graphical coupon, instead of just plain text.

But people mostly dont say like for example "Pets from Past Events that I dont have" I will be like what. Because they dont have a list anywhere like on the profile or something when I check
