Also the stock of the teos were easily checkable, you could have seen at any time so it would be considered the buyer's fault

It was not a free bonus when it could have been saved for future use. Door prizes do not require you to purchase anything, you show up and get ithe or not. Just because YOU feel that it is something that is unimportant does not mean I won't back down. There are others that feel the same as I do. And your blanket statement that "everyone" checked before hand is false. The news post said there were teos left. There should have been one to announce they were gone.

I- SON OF A BEESTING. I bought the last few gp to get a rainbow egg (I DID check the news post!) And then when i go to redeem it... Apparently I /just/ missed the cutoff for claiming one. GDI. Ah. well. Que sera sera. (Even if it sera sucky.)

yes, you didn't purchase the teo egg outright. It's as if another store was selling an item, and //while supplies last// they offered an extra, other item as a reward for buying. If you purchased the first item expecting to get the bonus, but they were out of stock of the bonus, you wouldn't get a refund for both items since the bonus was just a little add-on ^^ -h
