Heh, I cashed in my bonus right under the wire and JUST missed the Teos. I find it a little funny that everyone was so zippy! I'm not sure what side of the fence I'm on as far as refunds go. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. ^_^

Errantmisty, theres no reason or way to depict the worth of that Teo Egg.
You still got bonus GP, and other items, as well as a collectable. The fact that 1 out of the 4 BONUSES are gone shouldn't effect you.
You paid for the GP only, by the way its seen - bonuses are given as just that, a bonus, not an outright purchase. If you'd brought the Egg from the USD shop (if available) and then the teos ran out, I could see your point.
But you didn't.
You brought GP, with the bonus of a Teo egg.
So, enjoy your GP.

I don't agree with getting something in exchange of the Teo egg since people bought the GP, not the items... just be happy that they did the tier this year with so many lovely items... and who knows? Maybe you'll get to use it next year if they bring back Rainbow Teo Eggs to Black Friday - if not, it's still a lovely collectible (in my opinion). *sighs* why must people whine and complain? Can't they see that the Staff do their best to make members happy? I mean, they didn't HAVE to do what they did, but they did anyway.

Stores do not HAVE to have sales either. It still does not give them the right to charge for an item they do not have. This is a STORE, not a charity or whatever you think they are. I used my tier to get the teo egg, thus I used my money for it. Had it been unusable I would not have spent that tier money on it.

I can see its a bonus and what not, but I could have cashed for a much higher tier instead of three lower tiers for three eggs. I would appreciate being able to trade it in for something, even something small. I mean, I bought it before the deadline that was posted, and it was implied they expected teos left over. Even a small thing I could trade them over for would be nice. Otherwise they are useless and I feel upset I wasted my bonus on them, instead of getting something of a waaaaay higher value. xx

Tiers are bonuses for spending money. You are not purchasing tiers, you are purchasing GP or items from the USD shop. Those are the merchandise. Teos were basically doorbusters, and there WAS a warning on the news saying the eggs would be useless once the teos were gone and/or sent into the auction house.

Aywas is not obligated to refund anything for teo eggs, since technically speaking, they weren't purchased.

I'm sorry, but if you were buying GP only to get a Teo then why didn't you check whether there were any left before you bought it? It was very clear from the start that there were only going to be a limited number of Teos so you really should've known that if you were going to try and claim a Teo this late there might not be any left.
And like others have already pointed out the Teo eggs were only a bonus, there is no "refund" for a free bonus...

Errantmisty, you brought the GP, not the Rainbow egg with cash. Please stop repeating your point and expecting a different answer. Like Eviana said, you should have checked they were available before buying. Do not try and punish the Aywas staff for your own mistake. You should have looked before hand, like everyone else did.
And again, Kage, it was your choice to buy 3 lots of $25 things - you still got 9 extra items that you CAN use.
Many people will still buy the eggs as a collectable, and while you wont get 140GP a pop for them, you will get something. Again it was a FREE bonus.

Yes it was a free bonus. But I gave up a higher value to get it. I'm just saying it would be nice to get something for it. That's all. There must be a lot of them floating around now, considering just the amount of people who have commented here.
