Good evening folks,
Unfortunately, due to a physical injury, Graymare is unable to process customs and crystal checks as fast as we've all become accustomed to, but is trying to soldier on through as best as she can.
We apologise for the delays that have occurred and may continue to occur for a short while as she heals, but we will do our best to keep all custom aspects going, and appreciate your patience during this time =)
