OMG yes :D because i am also sucking at the pumpkin patch lol. 2 psd's and some cool items so far but i keep forgetting about it haha. I hope we have a garden this year too because that gave me some good things last year.

In the previous years it was possible, so it probably still is (it was possible with easter eggs as well, which worked with the same system as the pumpkin patch, just different images).
If you want to be sure not to pick up your own, remember which pumpkin image you picked to put your stuff in and make sure to avoid that kind of pumpkin ;)

Flufsera (#62397) Most people pick one pumpkin image in which they put all of their drops, so they don't have to remember which one really and just avoid that one type would make sure they avoid all of their pumpkins. That might work?
