Baaaaaaaaaw, I know. We're all sad to see the Breeding Coins removed from the Cash Shop as well as Tak's, but it's time for them to go. Didn't get enough money in time to purchase one of your own? I'm sorry! Save up your money though and who knows... maybe you'll be able to afford a couple by the time they're back in stock between March/April.
To help lessen the tears, how about I give out a few of these sweetie pies. The Beast Manticore! This is the default hybrid color you can receive from zaps or eggs, just like the other default hybrids (such as the Majestic Kyre). Want one? Go ahead and post below with what is your favorite "beast-like" creature and why and maybe you'll find one lurking around your lair.

I'm named after my favorite food, Beast Meat! omnomnom
These lucky users each got a new manticore...

My favorite are werewolves, powerful nasty beasties that they are.

I'm going to have to go with Unicorns. There is something so serene about a beautiful horse-like creature with a horn peacefully drinking from a stream of grazing in a field of clover. Plus, the cloven hooves are so freaking cute.

Hmm, favorite beastie....Chimera (not the character, even though he's a beast too.) Why, you may ask? Because who wouldn't like a species confused, fire-breathing, chaotic mess that has a tail with an attitude?
I wish I had a venomous snake attached to my rear...

My favorite mythological creature would be the Kelpie. Why? Because it's awesome how they can deceive people. Who wouldn't want to ride a horse that looks friendly and is playing in the water? And then of course, who would know that it was gonna drown them then eat their entrails? Yeah, I love Kelpies indeed. XD

My favorite beast like creature would have to be the dragon. They're so beautiful, command ultimate respect and yet can be so gentle at the same time. Why are dragons such vital parts in so many movies, books, comics? Because they're so flexible. They can be vicious monsters or they can be gentle guardians. Small and sweet or huge and spiteful.

My favorite beast would probably have to be either a phoenix or a gryffon because they are both awesome! Who wouldn't want a bird that can die in flames and be reborn or a lion/eagle that could tear you to shreds? XD

My favourite beast-type creature would have to be a cerberus. I absolutely love dogs, and three headed ones are just way to kewl!

Kelpie, definitely the kelpie. There's hundreds of different legends surrounding them and, while they mainly appear in Irish and Scottish folklore, they're found in several English legends and even a few hints at them in Asian and African lore. Just the idea of a beautiful, carnivorous horse who turns into a beautiful human to lure in silly mortals is just shiver-worthy. According to some legends, their hair is sticky so that, when someone grabs hold, they can dive down to the bottom and drown their victim before devouring them. All but the heart and liver, which are poisonous to them for various speculated reasons. Spirits of the water, the kelpie is a merciless predator with no care for the world around them. So long as they are well-fed, they are content to just bask in their lake or pond and wait for the next tasty morsel to come along.(c)

As a person who lives with alligators literally in my backyard, along with dolphins and probably a few sharks since the canal behind us is heavily salted brackish water; we've had mantees come up too! I have a high respect for the predators of the water, though. They are cunning, fearless and efficient, without any of the supernatural abilities of a kelpie. I always thought that the kelpie(a "water horse," very different from the one in the movie, no?) would have to be one of The Most effective hunters.(c)
