This ominous Book of Completion should not be used with the Verdant Vale region.
Verdant Vale is a very specialized adventure area and does not work like the others, so using this item will result in a glitch (you can end up bypassing the story and not getting your HA trunks, etc.). The HA trunks are meant to be a reward for doing the quest legwork, so unfortunately there's no lightning quick way to get to the end.
If you've already used the Book, contact me and I'll see what I can do for you.
Note that this is only applicable if you used the Book prior to this news post; if you use it after, I will not be able to assist you.

Wanderer Roku and Forest Guardian Odlak are the new additions to the first 42 pets.
I don't know about the problem - had the same problem with my first quest so I finally just quit it and got another quest. Nice quest, then 2nd one nice, too. 3rd and 4th ones have been pet/mob seekers. At least under 30, so, not going insane yet.

Where does the Elixir Set come from? I finished the all the levels but did not find it.

Alexiel (#5169) - the storyline pick your own adventure - if you didnt get 9 positive outcomes you didnt get it but it will be in the seasonal shop apparently :)

My quests were all find my parcel, bring me these items, buy x items.. and one where I had to take 40 steps on something. xD

There's does seem to be a problem with some pets not counting for the quests. I just caught Phoenix Opterix, Water Dragon Raffi, and Wanderer Roku which should have been my last 3 but the quest giver still wants 1 more. I'm assuming the Roku is the one that was skipped since I'm pretty sure it wasn't in the Aywapedia earlier.
