So i've got quite a few art updates to go ahead and let you all know of.... please to pay attention. 8D
1. Custom Rules and Guidelines has been updated to include flame and candy cane custom crystals as well as blue custom orbs. Please make sure you reread over these key areas.
2. Along with the crystals, two rules were updated and were hopefully made a bit more clear. This would be what types of edits concerning accessories and items are allowed. Also, what defines them and what defines an edit. I'm not the greatest with words, so if you feel you can better explain what I mean then you are more than welcome to PM me or post here.
4. Any soli x oakl hybrid submission will result in a kyre. All melo x soli hybrid breedings starting as soon as this new post is submitted will result in a quetzal. If you submited any melo x soli hybrid breedings before this post updated was posted you still have a 50/50 chance of getting either species, or both

4b. MELO x OAKL BREEDINGS DO NOT RESULT IN HYBRIDS. I saw a few melo x oakl hybrid breedings, and I will go ahead and allow them to be kyres, but after this post NO MORE. There was a big and giant fat typo which was edited in the polled news post.
3. There are 40 hybrid breedings currently in line. 3 separate lists have been made and sent out. Do not forget that each hybrid is hand drawn specifically by the artists whom also have their own personal things. Please give this time... they will be working as quickly as possible. :]
4. Are you interested in being a hybrid artist or pet coloration artist still? Feel free to e-mail me at [email protected] for an application. Already submitted? Sorry, unfortunately that means you were not chosen for the position. However, you are more than welcome to reapply! Just e-mail me stating this.
5. As the news post said, you are allowed to submit oakls as both metal custom crystals or flame custom crystals. However, the option for the oakl species hasn't been coded yet. This will be fixed shortly!
6. All same species hybrid breedings from now on will be converted to new line art. This includes those same species hybrid breedings that are currently in queue.
That's it for now guys. It's time for me to get back to being my mean and vicious doberman self. Hurrhurr.

I...could totally see BJ being all nice and civilized throughout the post then reverting back to 'being my mean and vicious doberman self'. xD But thanks for the update! Can't wait until the oakls gets coded in for the MCCs. 8D

Actually, with my CCCC, this cleared up a lot of my questions/concerns/confusions. By the by as a former groomer of 8+ years, I never once knew a mean doberman...so, I'm left to presume you're a sweety, just misunderstood. And that's not kissing ass, unless you wanna be the first dobie to bite me. Been bitten in the FACE by a Golden Retriever, supposedly god's-gift to dogdom, mauled by a chow on my left hand, had 12 stitches from a bulldog (English type), but aside from skin conditions, Dobie's have always been sweet. Whatcha gunna say to that, hmm?? Do you have a skin condition and smell funky? ;o) :oP

Like Stari I hadn't realized melo x soli wasn't only quetzal yet D: *Crosses fingers for quetzals* Will be so disappointed if I get Kyres! ^^;

Mars: I have only heard the rarest of stories where a Doberman has "turned" on it's master. However, I think that is due to upbringing, not their true nature. . :o) I hope you enjoy your pup!! I've been pondering getting one myself. My Border Collie is getting to be a very old man:*(

lol I've had six dobermans, biggest babies ever. Right next to my bit pulls. XD Smart cookies too. I was a groomer for only 2 years, and was only bit by a siberian husky, schnauzers, and bichons. Outside of that though the only dog to ever bite me was a cocker spaniel.

I sent for an app. I know I'm not the best out there, but I figured why not take a try. Never know just how far that you can go without trying. -shrugs- I wouldn't doubt me not getting it, as there are MANY better artists, but hey, one can dream.
