Evening, everyone!

After a few hours of investigating, testing, fixing, and more testing and double checking, I have some good news for you regarding the widespread issues that impacted Aywas today. We figured out what the problem was and have resolved many of the hiccups you might've encountered.

- Currency should now show up properly in the bank. On-hand currency should not have been affected. Note: If you did any bank transactions during the time that we were experiencing problems and your bank totals are not accurate, please wait for further instruction. We have the bank records on file and will see to it that your totals are corrected.

- Premium Points should now be accurately displaying in the Outlet.

- Seasonal Currency should now show up correctly in the Seasonal Shop (it was displaying correctly on the exchange page throughout the glitch). Note: If you exchanged any Crowns or Red Jewel fragments during the window where the shop was displaying 0 points, your exchange was still counted, so you will not be missing any points.

- Trash Point totals should now be displaying properly.

- Wardrobe layers have been restored.

- Forum Posts "reset" to 1 for users who posted during the window of issues prior to the problem being remedied. Yasu is able to fix these post counts and will tackle the issue in the morning. We will keep you posted! (It's nearly 2 a.m., I couldn't resist the pun.) Note: If your post count didn't get reset, posting on the forums now should not reset your total, and will increase like normal.

We do not yet have any updates on errors in news post polls and are still investigating some individual Glitch reports/threads.

For now, please continue to report any issues not already addressed above (or below in Eve's original announcement) to Glitches and Issues rather than PMing a staff member. This will help moderating, administrative and programming staff most effectively solve any lingering issues.
*Please also take care to check to see if there is already a thread reporting your specific issue so that similar problems are consolidated and duplicate threads aren't made for the same thing.*
