Now that we have had some time to analyze the content submitted through the window, PLBC predicts are now allowed until further notice.
Also, due to lack of use, the PMBC shops are being discontinued. PMBC predicts will be handled the same as PLBC - you may commission an artist for your predict and submit it without the use of a Painted Pen.
Please be sure to observe the predict ceilings:
PLBC: $4 USD (via Paintbrushes) or 8 GP
PMBC: $3 USD (via Paintbrushes) or 6 GP

never mind breeding is complete now =)

What if a breeding was assigned is it now no longer assigned should I go reinstate my predict request? That was cancelled due to breeding being assigned.
