Actually, Nomad, 3, 5, 7, and 9 are on male avatars. It's a little hard to see because they all have significant parts of the form obscured but if you look at the feet and chests closely it's the male. 8 might be as well, but I'm not as sure about that. From my recollections many of them are shown on male avatars, but male avatars tend not to be accentuated in the same ways as female ones.

I've been aware of the whole "we need more masculine stuff" thing for more than a year. In fact, I got a samurai armor base picked a year ago, especially designed to be male. It's also one of the few things generally agreed to be male (and it didn't really sell well at all, which probably is due to most the userbase liking traditionally feminine stuff more). - The problem is though, that the "there's no masculine clothing" complain has been made invalid to me, as it's been used EVEN at times when clearly traditionally male clothing bases - using traditionally male cuts - have won. By now, the ONLY thing that's accepted as "traditionally masculine" by the people complaining, is certain types of full scale armors. Everything else is "neutral leaning feminine". Oh, there's a traditionally male suit using male cuts? FEMINE! A gardener with a teapot in traditionally male clothing made for the male avatar? FEMINE! You just can't win... And you'd never be able to create a round where it was "neutral or traditionally masculine clothing", cause even if that happened, the neutral clothing would be deemed "girly" and the traditionally masculine clothing would be deemed "neutral leaning to the feminine side" by the people making this complaint every month. - That's what you see happen right now in a mixed entry month, so I don't see why it'd be different in a "nu traditionally feminine clothing entered" month. --- Oh, BTW, I used to try and make more traditionally masculine clothing. But I stopped. Because the people complaining will never be happy. Even in the months where they get things specially designed by the artist to be what they want, they'll complain that it's super girly, and they never get anything "made for guys". And again, there's just a limit to how many super specialized body armors (with no sort of wavy fabric of feathers added) this contest can handle. And that seems to be the ONLY thing they accept as being traditionally male.

I wish the previews for voting included both genders side by side. Having a male HA, it's hard to determine if something would look good on me, even the gender-neutral ones sometimes look a little awkward on male HAs and sometimes the feminine ones have pieces that look great on male HAs.
I like the first one quite a bit, if it wins I'm very interested to see the colorations.

There is the thread in the Events part of the forum that you can go to to see what both male and female look like as well as the individual pieces.

Lol people are arguing about "too feminine" bases. You guys really need to take a look at the thread used for submitting these monthly bases, where they have previews for both male and female.

It's not the frills and skirts, it's boobs on top parts that make them female bases.

That being said, a full frilly dress with puffy skirt is still a female dress, even on a male Ava xD.
Ps. Not complaining, I like wings on 3rd one anyway
