Site Update

New Knowledgebase Articles are up:
The Drinking Game
Aywas GP and FelisFire Orb Exchanges
Releasing or Trading a Parent in an Active Breeding
Refunded and Canceled Breedings
Custom Item Submissions
In the case of the latter, I will be adding more to it but wanted to get up the basics as soon as possible for you =)
There have also been updates made to:
Breeding Add-Ons
Breeding Add-On Compatibilities
Also, I wanted to let people know that unfortunately I don't have access to Visark's PMs - this means that any outstanding issues with custom items are in a limbo state. If you could PM me with the original PM's URL, or start a new dialogue with me, I aim to get everything fixed as soon as possible!

Perhaps the behavior and rudeness of some of the staff in the thread mentioned? I agree with the ruling, just how it went down was honestly pretty awful.

Spreading drama is perpetuating it. Be the solution not the cause.

I'm sorry, but I do believe an apology is in order, and I don't think calling out unprofessional behavior from paid staff is "spreading drama" in any way. I've been in customer service for over a decade, and I've had blowups like what happened before, too. But you know what? Each and every time I was reprimanded by my higher ups, because they knew something important: you can be personal on the job, you can be fun and you can even be informal, you don't need to be stiff and cold... but you can't be unprofessional. And "professional" doesn't mean distance and being aloof (like some people cry when there are calls for professionalism), it means responsibility, and making proper reparations when a mistake or an outburst has been made. As staff, they are open to non-abusive criticism, and mind you, for the most part they do great work and take a lot on their shoulders. However this is not the first time this problem has come up with members of staff, and so it needs to be addressed so everyone- current and future staff- will have positive examples for future behavior.

On the Breeding Add-On page...you may want to add which the HLBC and HBC are compatible with. Most people don't know to treat them like LBCs in the case of addons.

Sylverwyng, the linked page on the KB article that says "This article does not explain which add-ons are compatible with which coins or other add-ons, so please read this article before using add-ons on a breeding. The linked page then has pictures of exactly what coins can be used with every addon... does that not answer the question? Is there something else missing?

Does anybody know why the drinks from the angels event do not work anymore for alcohol points? I still have a bunch of them, but sadly no real use.
And the Zombie is in the list for drinks wich count, but as far as I know it is not usable anymore due to being a regenerating drink? Eri once answered to a thread which I opened about the Zombie issue that it will be fixed. Has it been fixed? :O

Ahhh sorry about that. :< I do not believe the Zombie works just yet. Thanks for pointing it out, I'll remove it from the list for now. - Mauri

The demand for a drinking game knowledgebase was made known today, and so we immediately wrote one - I don't understand how that is a negative?
