A Red Poppy has been put in the Advent Calendar for today so everyone can collect one and remember their country's patriots.

@565 you guys are awesome thank you and your family for all your servie. I was in the army boot camp when desert storm was started. My MOS was eliminated so I never did go to war. I ended up leaving the army instead of reclassing. I have regretted that choice more than I can convey.

Darn, I missed it. Also, I am the child of someone whom was released from the military with honorable discharge... I wonder, if I email a few days late as an ex-military's child, would I get something? Probably not. Just ranting a bit xD.

Oh. Never mind. It said it is not for children. I really should look before I post. My apologies, whomever reads this.

Sad I missed out on the Poppy. I really wish you guys would stop putting items in the advent over half way through the day. I usually spend my mornings here and then the rest of the day living my life. >.>
