Happy Veteran's Day

Site Update

Happy Veteran's Day! We thank all veterans and active duty military personnel for your service to your countries.

As with every Veteran's Day, if you're a veteran, active military, or the spouse of active military (of any country), you're welcome to e-mail [email protected] with your User ID # for a little gift from us.

A Red Poppy has been put in the Advent Calendar for today so everyone can collect one and remember their country's patriots.

I absolutely love the poppy. I remember year by year as we would go to celebrate my grandfather and great grandfather on this day, I would always get a little paper poppy! The memories ;-; Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D Another one to add to my collection, even if this one is digital. It's a good memory even though it means I miss my great grandfather even more today, but in a good way. I appreciate the remembrances!

For those interested in sharing memories, stories or just stopping in to say thanks and to honor those who have served I've created a thread. (the M is a precaution as I have to lie down).

My great grand father served in WW1, he's passed away, gone at least 10 years now. But today was a special day to him.
