New Feature
Our beta testers have given us a good amount of feedback. We're ready to work on that, so we've disabled the new custom adventure feature for now.
If you were not invited into the beta through a PM from me, you were not allowed to use the feature. We have noticed that a handful of people went and used the feature anyway despite not being authorized.
All of the pets collected by non-authorized betas were not meant to exist, and absolutely may not be sold, given away, or anything other than deleting these pets. Please be sure to release all of them. Thank you for understanding!
If you bought one of these pets from another user, please politely request a refund from that user. If problems arise, please bring it to a moderator's attention.

This is weird, I didn't knew about not having the rights to play that feature. Have I missed some news?
I've checked the Welcome Back thing for... well I don't even remember why. And I saw some cool pets, so I've checked their profiles, and I saw that "Caught via the X Custom Game" thing. Clicked since I wanted to know, what is that, and since I saw a feature, I've tested it.
Anyway, I'm going to release them right now - fortunately I've only spend some BP on that

Really? Was I the only person who knew from the fact that "it would be released to the rest of the site" meant that only the beta testers should be doing anything in there? I quite like that we could see what was happening with the custom adventures but seriously, looking and not touching isn't a difficult concept? Not being told no isn't a reason to do something if you weren't given an explicit yes.

Why wasn't the rule announced earlier?
Will the money from nets and the money charged for accessing the custom adventure places be refunded?

I've got to refund people, but I didn't know that selling them was wrong because the rules were never stated. Now I thought a refund is when the user gives the item/pet back, but the user who bought from me is releasing the sold stuff. so im literally just giving my money away. I don't think that's fair if you add on the money spend on nets and accessing areas. I'm not a rich guy with limitless BP. My BP is my only cash and my account has never touched a single GP. Everyone is losing out in one way or another to this because a rule wasn't posted. It makes me really upset that not only this, but I also have to release any customs I legit caught and paid for. Now I don't get a refund for the nets/area access, but the buyers of the pets get a refund from me? Not only are they getting refunded they are back on the money they started on, which is unlike me who has been set back a hefty amount of BP. I cannot stress the unfairness of this. ~ Ragnarok

Well, i agree that they should have disabled the feature for non-beta testers but people that also played the new featured, didn't you guy think that, if we all were allowed to play, they had posted something on the "Recent News" page? Strange that you see something new, and don't even stop to think "Hey that thing is new, i think it is best if i ask around or check the site for more info about this"

Ah, I missed it completely as the big November post and custom posts were posted right after it. Still, this is not really fair. I'd like a refund of what I spent if I am to release the pets. Right now they're the only proof I have that I spent the said GP.

I'm honestly confused why people that played the games are sort of being punished for something they didn't know. Given I've done beta testing before and anyone not allowed in normally aren't even allowed access to see ANYTHING that is being tested. The fact that people were able to pay to get access to the games that were being created (which I'm assuming what was being tested was the ease in which it would be to create adventures and place pets in them for others to catch) is a major flaw in the testing. Also to have the pets appear in the new customs is another flavor because if you dangle something new in front of a person they are going to investigate. There should have been a way to lock the custom adventure features and pets so that those not invited were not allowed to see what was going on. So honestly I can understand why a lot of people that caught these pets are upset about having to release them/delete them.
