Should we add an oekaki board that gives you BP for submissions?

PS: Oekaki board = it's an applet that lets you draw online, then you submit your picture for others to view and comment on.

I think it would be great to see more active updates of peoples creativity around here. I'm sure we have some talented artists lurking around that we don't know about yet. :D

I'm all for the oekaki board but maybe you should give bp for "unique" comments/thumbs up from other users instead of submissions. This way the oekaki boards won't be overrun with spam.

I definitely vote yes on this, but would there be an artistic "level" requirement to submit? I'm not that experienced with oekakis, but I would love to try.
