Also supporting the idea of both- I'm sorry, but I REALLY don't like the original. ;; The redraw actually looks like a pet, the original is just... I don't know. I know it was supposed to be a mutant, the original concept artist did everything right on that count... but that's not the point anymore, the point is that this is going to be a real site pet, not something that's going to sit unbreedable in one person's lair. Things like editability and design have different criteria between a mutant-eqsue concept and an actual pet- and this jumped over from the first category to the second when it was selected. These are just my feelings on the matter, though, no problem with everyone who voted for the first one, I just don't understand your reasoning so decided to post mine. ^^ I do agree with people saying the detail on the first one is better, but I do keep in mind that these are only sketches (and that the right seems to be at a rougher stage); that might not be as true once they're lined.

I totally agree with Ginny, I really wish we could have both of them, one as an alt and one as the main so that both groups can be happy.

I really love them both, but I had to vote for the original since the new versions head tilt makes it hard to get the same aspect for the face :3

I voted for the left mainly for the details. But as a psd editor I can't see much that i can do with either right off the bat. I like them how they are. I also like the idea of a alt base of whichever does not win.

I'd say keep the left as the official lines, and the right could be the alt lines. If the right pose winds, just make the left the alt lines. (If this has been said before, add my support to the idea.)
