Due to some reports coming in, the earlier Scavenger Hunt results are now considered tentative. Two admins are going to be going through the top thirteen teams to investigate the reports sent to us.
As soon as we have results (whether the same or altered) we'll let you know. In the meantime, the prize shop will be delayed as we investigate.

I never look at that cesspit but I wanted to know what was going on before adding my own two-cents..I assure you it's still a cesspit and needs to get shut down. If you can't complain about it in the rants/feedback/glitches forum then it's probably too close to hate/spam/bullying anyways...

Crimson -- No, because you don't have permission from Aywas to do so. LoM has permission (in the form of an email sent to the legal department that was responded to) to use the graphics/coding.

Fairyneko, I don't think Aywas can do anything about AC. It's not on the site, so it's out of their hands. If they could, I'm sure they would have because the drama it creates comes to the site as well.
I agree with the League of Muffins not getting the points for the task, but that's just my opinion. I understand both sides, but it just feels... Wrong to me that they're getting the points regardless of if it matters or not.
I don't think that they should be disqualified though... Not everyone worked on the site, I'm sure. It's not fair to the people that didn't have a part in the site making, to not get anything.
Besides, I also can see how they justify it and see that it's correct, even if I disagree.

With or without permission, wasn't the task to create a website from scratch? Using artwork and coding that already existed means that would not have satisfied the task requirements.

Just popping in to say that AC isn't run by Aywas, endorsed by Aywas, and is also on tumblr so it isn't under Aywas jurisdiction. Therefore Aywas cannot shut AC down. The only way that tumblr account could be 'shut down' in any form is if people stop submitting things to it.

Aywas can shut down AC as it uses our trademark without permission. We had a XAT chat shut down for the exact same reason (trademark infringement).

I'm sorry I don't want to speak up(A friend of mine is on the team in question) but if you have to REMOVE something to make it acceptable because of copyright then that means it's unacceptable. Period. Copyrighted material was used in the final submission and that's against ToS(or can I go make make a latias linorm now like I've been wishing for years?). It's not fan-art which has free useage(within reason). It's official artwork. Also since the people who place(via the winners raffle) have a chance for a 100$ giftcard that would be profiting....I can't recall ANY ToS that would accept that.The task in question at the very least should NOT be counted in the final tally of points :/......Also I would like to request that the aywas confession tumblr be shut down. This isn't the first time it's created site-wide drama and it's not going to be the last...And it's full of hate rants and cyber bullying anyways. :/
