Greetings Aywasians! (Aywans? Aywasic? What do you call a group of Aywas players anyway? "Hey you" just seems rude...)
You may have noted a new blue name running around. I've traded my mod-badge with Skitty for one of a different color, and am ready and willing to serve you as your new Customs Admin. If you're a member of the Crystal Check Crew, expect a PM from me by the end of the day. :3 For everyone else, if you have customs related problems, my inbox awaits you. Please excuse the dust while I settle in and get up to speed.
The current priorities are:
* Maintaining a fast turn-around time on submitted customs.
* Clearing out the Crystal Check queue. Turnaround times should rise dramatically as the week wears on. Approximately 25% backlog has been cleared in the last few days.
* Updating the Customs Tutorial / Information.

Thank you! I've been wanting to do a few customs, but the crystals guide is rather brief. Including a guide to *all* the crystals, with a little more thorough explanation (and screenshots of what would be accepted with each crystal) would be great.

Please don't delete your crystal check requests unless you no longer need them. If you re-submit, you'll end up at the back of the line.

Great news! I had a couple things I was waiting to have crystal checked, but it went on like 3 months with no answer so I deleted then inquiries. I'm so happy to hear about the improvements and congrats on the new position! I can't wait to see the changes put into effect! ^_^
