Oh thank goodness, maybe we can replace them with people who will actually do things. It was getting so frustrating!

What if you did a task or tasks and you got kicked off? Would they still get credit for your work? ((Not about me, just curious.)) I mean I realize this is mostly for members that did nothing and the leader/team is upset. But what about if someone did do some work and something happened to make the leader upset, for example?

kicking people off and putting new people on was why i thought this feature wasn't available during scav. though it would have been loads up help leading up to scav. Next time, lets use this feature leading up to scav for teambuilding, then shut it off during scav so that people can't pop users in and out for specific tasks.

The problem, JScofi, is that our team had three people who did NOTHING. One of them withdrew on her own, the other two just took up space, refused to drop, and didn't participate at all. Maybe it's not "nice", but I absolutely do not want them getting any credit for the hard work I put in.

And, as I mentioned earlier, their excuses? Do not cut it with me. If you can't be involved, drop out so someone else can. If you won't drop, you deserve to be kicked. Me? I started out Scav helping take care of a gravely ill individual...who went into the hospital on Sunday and just got back today. I still managed to participate enough that my team isn't pissed at me.

but what if it's the team captain who didn't do anything? O_O (just wondering....)

might have made more sense to have this ability earlier, not in the last day of scav BUT tis a welcomed feature

Pretty sure they were trying to get it up and running earlier, it just took this long.

Like most good ideas, this can be abused. Someone who busts their hump could be tossed after they've completed their tasks so the captain can get someone new to fill a certain spot. A hard worker could be cheated.

I'm sure the staff will be made aware if it's abused. However, the one person on my team who literally did nothing but change her avy is not going to be rewarded for doing noting.
