Pick any time area you'd be comfortable playing the event in.
The time slot that gets the most votes will be the official time slot for Scavenger Hunt.

As for actual gameplay, it's going to remain the same with top eight teams and the tiers (Above Average, Average, Below Average). I think there will be a lot more account-bound items for prizes now that Loscil has that feature implemented, but the actual prizelist won't be released until about a week before the start date.
