The time slot that gets the most votes will be the official time slot for Scavenger Hunt.

I personally prefer it as soon as possible. x.x the idea of it being at the end of any month (to the beginning) is a bad time. Be my luck that it will be the last one and that's when I finally find a new place to move! xD

Mmmmm. My only worry then would be how to ensure/maintain impartiality among the judges. I suppose we'll see how it goes though.

Yes, the idea of having user-volunteered judges came out, and the admin panel had permissions coded to allow users to access certain admin panel sections if allowed by the admins.
