Sylverwyng>> I made the base for the Samurai armor that was "February's" monthly item.
This is the post for how much it made: https://www.aywas.com/news/view/2124/

That's basically how popular masculine items are compared to feminine items. It only made 1/5 of the GP this set did. And 1/6 of the BP this set made. So, if you ever wondered why there's no masculine items, that's pretty much it.
Feminine items sell more than twice as well as masculine items. And closer to 4 or 5 times as well.

Sadly, I don't think you should expect to see any masculine sets chosen in the future. When chosen by votes it should also be obvious that feminine sets by default will place better than masculine set. (at the least if sale is any hint at how votes place)

I'm actually making lines for next month (maybe) and I'm faced with this problem too. To begin with, it's a girly set and if I wanted to make it less feminine, I'd have to add even more item pieces to exchange for which is not possible when I'm already past 5 items as it is (and it's not possible to have female skirt change into male shorts in contest items). So I think male items really are just suited for user shops, as sad as that can be. And 100% masculine sets for both genders just don't sell well as Gwenna just mentioned.
