Site Update
A couple of exciting changes are here for custom items!
First, the Private Item page is now available (and accessible through the inventory page). You can buy additional copies of your private items through the page as well as submit private items to be accepted by admin. The script that tried to assign items to their owners couldn't find them all, so if you're missing any, submit them here to be assigned to your account.
If you have any specific requests for your item that cannot be done through the form, you can direct them toward Visark #185 as normal.
Now, the changes:
Custom Item Packages have been reduced in price to 10 GP, down 50% from their original price. However - outside from items already requested to Visark, of course - the site will no longer provide artwork for custom items.
While you may not notice anything different, the Genus page has been replaced with the Genus Guidebook. Visually it doesn't look all that different, but it automatically updates when a new genus is added, so no more waiting for genuses to be added manually!
The Genus Guidebook is being expanded to include a lot of new features too, including lots of extra information about our awesome pet genuses, so look forward to that soon.

You have to select the item as a custom clothing if you want to upload HA art.

@15 The genus guidebook is wonderful, but can I suggest putting in tabs for the rarities? It's really, really long now. Longer than it used to be, I think?

Question :O i submitted some hair awhile back -still havent gotten it- and some people who submitted theirs after me got their items before me :[ i provided my own art ect. but i wanted to know why it hasnt gotten excepted yet :[ i messaged vis and didnt get a message back either

Vis uploads batches by user, so sometimes things get out of order. Things will be accepted when she gets to your message, additional messages just clog up her inbox and make things go even slower.

I am little confused on how to submit ha art on the new system.. it allows you to upload the 80x80 image.. but do you put the other images in notes part? or are there other places to upload them?
