Thanks for this event!~ I got a Custom Crystal Grab Bag at one point, but I can't seem to find any information on the possible outcomes... does it just have metal, bronze, blue, and gold, or does it also have the possibility of, say, silver and hybrid crystals? Also have three glittering rocks; still trying to find out the restrictions on those (the wiki isn't very specific, haha).

Who do I talk to about a stuck item? It shows I collected an item but it never made it to my inventory.
