I went ahead and purchased a few tickets for the stupid sleeves... since that is the only option up. Now I have no extra bp, so I sure hope I bought horse tickets.... in the unlikely event I actually win, lol.

Erm...Ice sleeves are just a filler XD By buying tickets for them, you are just entering the raffle for the horse, since they have to have an item to raffle to be able to host the raffle. ~Ryu
