Poll time!
How many of you would like explore pets to retire from their areas after a certain amount of time (available only through Truly Random Eggs, Glittering Rocks, and so forth)?
The benefit to this would be making it easier to locate new pets in the explore regions, of course, if the older ones get retired on a schedule! As well as older colorations should become more valuable.

I'd absolutely hate this!! The only reason I even like exploring is cause I don't feel rushed to get everything, since I assumed they'd always be there. This would pretty much kill most of this sure for me

I voted for Retired After One Year, with the caveat that there has to be some sort of news post warning (perhaps a week in advance?) of which pets are going to be retired, so I can collect any I haven't yet. ;D

I love this idea and voted for every 3 months. The rotation would make newer pets easier to find and with terrariums, random pet potions, and eggs, it would keep them still obtainable-plus with pets no longer being so commonly available, it'd potentially help clear out the adoption center as well.

I like the idea of removing after a year - that gives new players plenty of time to catch the pets that have been released in the different regions. And like has been mentioned - it would increase the value of RE's and TRE's. Those things are virtually worthless as it is.

I would like for them to be removed after a while, but maybe have an event where they come back for like a week? Also got to agree with Graymare.
Maybe also get potions for retired adventure pets? I dunno.

What would happen when a merchant asks if you have a certain pet? Would only the newest pets be included? Or still all of the pets that were recorded as being a part of that region?

I like the idea of removing some of the older ones but I don't want to see them listed as Retired. I think they should still be obtainable through potions and eggs and terrariums (maybe make terrariums for all the areas, then?). Maybe remove them after 6 months to a year. This will allow for a larger pool of pets added to Aywas in the long run and give more budding artists a chance at getting their colorations on the site, as well, to keep the numbers in the different areas up. :)

I think removing pets from Adventure over time is a good idea. Some pets are so numerous that they have little value and it would give some point to collecting the common pets.

Merchants pull from current pets in the region. - Eri

Hm, any chance of increasing break percentage on nets, or making them more expensive? It just makes actually battling pets really not worth it...it shouldn't be the go-to way to catch pets. It just makes collecting them so easy.
