How many of you would like explore pets to retire from their areas after a certain amount of time (available only through Truly Random Eggs, Glittering Rocks, and so forth)?

The benefit to this would be making it easier to locate new pets in the explore regions, of course, if the older ones get retired on a schedule! As well as older colorations should become more valuable.

I think it'd be good to help those items gain usefulness :)

I would be interested to see pets cycled through given the seasons or something, rather than moved to only obtainable via eggs and stuff. Like every 4 months switch to another set of pets in that area. (It's even kinda like real life, in some ways. :D )
As I haven't gotten into a lot of the later areas, I'm probably going to have to resort to getting a million and a half eggs just to get them all. However, if they were always there, just dependent on the seasons, that would make things a lot more doable.
Of course, that's just my opinion...

I definitely agree with taking them out after 6 months to a year but keeping their rarity the same. It would make both adventure pets and eggs a little more valuable. I know I only really adventure during events where there are special limited time pets, because not a lot of adventure pets seem all too valuable or worth it to me. This might give people a little more incentive to both adventure and to use random/truly random eggs!

I agree, they should retain their current rarity, so prices won't skyrocket, and it would still be very easy to get them via TRE/RE/GR/TGR etc.

Remove from adventure after a while, but still able to gain from TREs/RE's and random potions, TGRs. Otherwise newbies are at a severe disadvantage.

I voted for after six months. I think this is a great idea, as it would make adventure less crowded and give value to older designs as they're cycled out. As someone mentioned before, I also do not use random eggs much either unless using on the MPT-- and I really kind of miss the value random eggs used to have when I'd first joined, haha. Rarity should also be kept, just like it is for pets that are released for events and then removed.

Personally I voted never, but if it's a case where they won't be insane to get out of eggs and such, keeping their rarity I could handle a year to 6 months then, but I don't honestly want it any shorter then that myself. I do hatch eggs at times, and was just going through my lair so I could easily catch up on adventure pets as is.

Don't forget Terrariums, between those and the previously listed items, it shouldn't be difficult at all to get the older Adventure pets - they just wouldn't be catchable directly. I highly doubt that will increase a given species' value by all that much, nor would it put them out of reach for new players. The standard Adventure pets mostly have zero value because everyone can just walk out and get them with a Net or two.

Would they still be available from regular Random Eggs? Truly Random Eggs already have a significantly larger pool of pets than Random Eggs.
