I remember when I was a kid and we would all go out to recess and have a contest... whoever could catch a ladybug won! Where I lived at that time they were really rare. Maybe 3 people the entire year would be lucky enough to find one.
Now they swarm my house in groups of hundreds. |:

My mom would squee if she saw that ladybug insi XD, I'll have to show it to her sometime when I go visit ^_^. Haha, my mom gets lots of ladybugs too, she just picks them up and puts them in her flowers, they're very good for them.

Once, my cousing convinced me help him catching some ladybugs and put them in a jar. At the end, I was feeling very bad for the poor bugs and openned the jar, releasing them <3 They all flied in my direction and I thought "OMG, they are revenging!!!!". Last thing i remember was me running in panic :c

And I can completely relate to the ladybug ramble! They wherent THAT rare here, so we used to have a game of "who catches the ladybug with the most spots wins", but nowadays they are just SO MANY! D8

ew we had to vacuum earwigs here not ladybugs and those are even more gross bleck!
Still I am finding a ladybug here and there even though we still have snow outside but my cat eats them.
