Three winners will get an animated pet of their description from Venge!
In case you don't remember the rules for animated pets, when they are bred, the breeding team uses a static PSD for the pet and all offspring are static.
This raffle will be drawn on March 31, at the end of the Artist Event!

Ice sleeves is just what is used when special things like this are raffled off because I don't think they can hold a raffle without an item or something like that. It's like a placeholder I think.

Yes, the Ice Sleeves raffle = tickets for the pet animation prize. The way site auctions are set up, we have to pick an existing item to raffle off, Ice Sleeves is the default item used for Admin Auctions with no virtual item, such as this. I'm pretty sure the animation is done by Venge, users do not get to submit their own animations, but slash may say differently.
