Before I outright tell you what it does, maybe you can figure it out. :3
That's right! The Pickaxe will literally let you dig into the geode quarry after you have already collected your normal geode for the day. All you need to do is have the item in your inventory, and that button will appear when you have a dig available.
With the Pickaxe, you can try for an extra dig every two hours and will have a 10% chance of succeeding in harvesting a geode. (If it's not time for a new try yet, you'll get an error that says It's too dangerous to try again. Maybe you should try again later?).

Apparently its account based timer instead of item based timer, meaning you cannot use more than one. AKA selling it is worthless XD

Lovegram box can be used. It has a bunch of misc stuff and a Finn item from what I remember
