FYI:
- Lairs and Shops have been re-enabled. Yay!
- We're working on restoring the lair groups that you had formed, since I for one know it'd be horrible to have to resort all your pets D:
- We do know now that the crash took out a couple of (seemingly random?) pets with it, and have them safe in another backup, and are working to restore them.
- The issue with games not resetting should be fixed now.
- We are still working to refund the kickbacks that submitting predicts gave out through the missing data time. Bank CDs should be handled now. For those of you who transferred Orbs to GP during the Jan 14 - Feb 4 period, you'll have to re-establish contact to get your GP reinstated. Also, remember, if you had staff GP sent to you ("You have received X GP from the Aywas Staff!") you have to contact a staff member to get that back too.
- Missing SP is being worked through, as well as we are piecing together any accounts lost due to the crash.
A lot is being worked on but we're making progress through it!
PS:
A Book of Completion is sitting in the advent calendar. I think this wide release will drive down the price of it, so anyone who lost adventure levels can buy it really cheap and restore what they originally had, and someone else can make a little money! Hopefully that helps...
PPS:
Until Feb 18, using the book will not ban you from adventure. Feel free to use them to your heart's content until then without penalty.

The book is a nice idea and it's appreciated, but it will do NOTHING to replace the adventure areas that are LOCKED that I had MASTERED. And with the SEVERE loss of BP, I can't AFFORD to buy the damn books. When are we going to hear anything about THAT?????

Hmm, my lair seems to have been reverted back to the old one before I remodeled, but that can be easily fixed. :)
As for the explore locations, :/ I need a lot of those books or else I'll spend hours getting everything back. Craaaaaaaaaap. Thank you for doing your best though, staff. <3 You guys rock.

Now I am starting to get unhappy.
Not only did I not get whatever the first advent thing was, because I logged in BEFORE it was posted, but this happened to me yet AGAIN.
My bookmark is set to go straight to the opening page. I didn't get the first one, and when I logged in on the 12th, it was BEFORE this post was made. When I logged in on the 13th, well, says nothing about it could be available on the 13th as well. So that is two I missed out on, when I lost at least 2 levels and perhaps three in this server blow-up.
I am starting to get to the point where I'm wondering why should I bother to play this game. I was, WAS happy with the game to the point where I was going to start investing my money in the game, buying things, and so forth, rather than just playing for free, but I'm not seeing the point in it, when things like this, which unfairly leaves players out happens.
People that know me know, when I like a game, I spend money, I have played a pay to play game for 5 years, with over 12 accounts, all of which I have to pay for individually. There is nothing that makes me feel as though I would want to back this game with the way I feel as though the admins of the site are handling these band-aides.
Many of you may disagree, that's fine. Maybe because of my age, I expect more and better by way of service. This.. Sticking things in an advent calendar, with no chance to get it, UNLESS you happen to log in before the post is made, is NOT how you fix things, and help to make things right for those people that have lost out.
Considering the time I spent getting the levels I had gotten, the BP I spent buying things that I could NOT find, because certain things are impossible to get outside of safari, the BP I spent buying things from merchants.. yes, I am very disappointed, and not at all happy.
As I have said, I feel there is a better way to handle things, and I'm not going to give out useless pats on the head for a job well done, when the job was only half done, and only those lucky enough to get on were recipients of the largess of the admins of the site.

My v-day box won't work..I cannot use...And am very upset...Plus no one seems to care that my husband's premium was cut short. I really hope I do not get jipped out of this month's item due to this because I'm just about done with doing much on here. The only reason I am still on here at this point is my unnatural attachment to my custom cats...My husband is so upset at losing PP/BP/premium for no good reason he really doesn't want to play and that ruins things for me, and also upsets me. 3:
