So...while in theory, the candy canes-type snagging events may be a good idea, in practice, they're crashing the site. After the Malevolence Melo fiasco, everyone's paranoid about not getting the events and it overloads the servers. I'm sure you've noticed this. But if you could make the event random or something, it might prevent every single person online from pressing refresh at the exact same moment and kicking everyone off. Just my two cents after getting booted off the site half a dozen times before 12:15.

'Eh well then so no shines from Aywas I suppose, but i just don't like posting until I've had a chance to glance over it again. Word only catching the glaringly obvious mistakes I make, but misses most of the others so i kinda liek to read anything i post a second time so as to prevent some of my spelling/grammer/dyxleaia mistakes from causing too much trouble when reading... hmm will just have to remember that if ya do this next year slashy one yep yep

Just wait a bit, it seems to be run a bit different this time then the normal 'hour' wait, but I haven't figured out if its truly making you wait an entire hour or if it just doesn't reset for like 10 minutes after the hour.

My NaNo...does anyone read these? Kicks dirt over it to hide it...I love my idea, but dang...mistakes and confusion abound...makes me cry to read my poorly structured sentences and lame dialog...editing is going to be a #%$#@

So wait... because I didn't post my word count on an Aywas thread it doesn't count? I didn't even realize there were rules in the NaNo thread...
