Coding Corner
We have a ton of awesome things planned for January and beyond!
Yasu and I are working on a mix of fixes and new surprises, so here's a little sneak peek at what you can look forward to:
- Tranqs and other uncoded items being assigned a use. This has been an ongoing priority for a long time, but you'll get to see a lot of the results soon! Tranqs are actually usable /in/ battle now, but we're still doing some tweaks.
- Related to the above, but also to user suggestions, we will be adding some awesome Adventure items. Two highlights are a Grappling Hook that'll help you jump ravines and a pretty sweet Vial of the Battle Soul that will swap pet stats.
- Restoring customization to pet descriptions/look-ups. We've already re-enabled a few codes, but we're not there yet!
- Turning vouchers into items & expanding custom makers. If you spied the Welcome Back page roughly a month ago, you probably saw a huge influx of new items that looked pretty snazzy. A decent portion of these items will be replacing vouchers (like for Neura breedings or metal Lunaris customs).
- The coveted Quick Stock feature should be released relatively soon.. if staff can stop finding ways to break it! XD
What else can we toast to this month?
For starters, a new Ara location, a new Raw pet, hybrid season mid-month (so we can recover a little from the holidays!), and more!

I also wanted to take a quick moment to say thank you for sticking it out with me over the last year!
I couldn't ask for a better community to work for or a more creative, fun atmosphere to be in, and each of you contribute to this ambiance with your compassion, silliness, and talents. I am really looking forward to what we'll accomplish and enjoy together this year. It'll be a crazy ride, but I don't think we'd want it any other way. <3

Happy New Year Aywas! Eri, the feeling is absolutely mutual. You are an amazing Admin, you have really done an incredible job this year moving things along in a positive way. I'm so glad that you are steering this ship Thank you to all admins and mods, you guys work so hard, thank you so much. Last but certainly not least to Slash. Thank you for making such a wonderful place. This site is such a change of pace from the rest of the world.
