Wouldn't it be an option that if the transaction goes through after the sale that those people can still make a one time extra premium purchase with that GP?

They did that fraud thing with me last year. I called them and got it straightened out within a day :C I feel your pain though

last time that I had a fraud thing happen with paypal, both of us got emails about it.... and I've never heard of them doing that with a small payment.... but if you're sure that's the only reason.... I hope we still get the discount and a chance to get the premium... maybe you could extend the premium purchase time until everyone that ordered gp gets their gp?

If you didn't get your GP, PayPal flagged your transaction as fraud for them to investigate. There's nothing either of us can do but wait for them to finish their investigation. They do it a lot. Got like 10 per day.
