Kakazu, when it's your birthday, click Account, then Settings and you'll see the question "Is It Your Birthday?" on the left hand side.

I got the October Dog Lunaris [my birthday was the fifth] but I won't be switching. I hate pink, and my favorite color is blue... So luck is upon me this year! 8D
