He wants to see one specific pet a day. If you're one of the five first people to show him the pet, you'll be a winnar. If you're not, he'll still give you something because he's nice (sometimes).
Go see which pet he wants to look at!
the pet he wants changes at 12 AM Aywas time every day.

I think it would be more fair if it changed at least twice a day, maybe three times, so that people in time zones where they're sleeping at that time have a chance.

I agree with Riyo.
And also, I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I had the new pet that he asked for (the robin) and the only thing he said was:
"You already showed me your pet today! Geez."
The last time I visited him he was asking for the Vyne, so does that mean we have to decline showing him the pet if we don't have it?

how odd that I run into the requested aywas from yersterday and today with a high rate of recurrance, until they are requested Now Ive spent half the day today and a good deal of yesterday trying to find them without a single encounter. If this is a coincidence it has come at a most inopportune time.
