As of today, Aywas is officially 3 years old!
(I hope you picked up all your birthday gear!)
Three years ago, Ay started out as a small place with grand ideas and an even bigger heart.
Ride after ride on the crazy rollercoaster that only a petsite can deliver, from rollbacks and mishaps to new features and an incredible community, Ay's core has never wavered.
We're a little bit bigger now, but Aywas still feels like home.
Our creative eyes are still larger than our coding stomach, but we can't wait to show you what's next.
And, most importantly, the generous, kind spirit of the community continues to inspire us.
To each and every one of you, whether you've been here from the beginning, found us yesterday, or anywhere in between, thank you for being a part of the Aywas story. Here's to many, many more years and chapters to come!
We all share in this celebration, so come wish Aywas a Happy Birthday and tell us about a favorite memory or what you're looking forward to.
And of course I have a present for you! :D
In honor of the momentous occasion, one of our SCC artists, Cat (#3833), is doing 10 icons like this for 10 lucky people!
If you would like to have a shot at having her doodle your character, comment on this news post with some sort of reference! She will then choose ten characters to draw. :3

I'd love an icon of a brightly colored sparrow (sort of like old school sparrow tattoos) or maybe a girly day of the dead skull? I just recently started playing again so I don't have characters for my pets or anytihng, so a general icon for the forums would me nice. :)

Happy Birthday Aywas! It's neat to think that such a large and expansive site is so young. I'm looking forward to seeing how Aywas will grow this year. :)

Happy birthday Aywas! <3 My first year anniversary of being here is coming up in a couple of days. How exciting! ^^ Anyway, I'd love to give this a shot and try to get an icon of my dear Sayuri. Here's her reference.
