About a year ago, the Finn came to inhabit the world of Ay.
Though they adapted well and their population steadily grew, they have maintained the status of being a rare, lucky find.

In honor of the anniversary of such a special pet, the Finn family is expanding!

We have added fifteen new Finn colors!

Love Finns and want a chance at winning one? Tell us your favorite thing about Finns or what your new favorite coloration is in the comments and you will be automatically entered in a Finn drawing. 15 random winners will take home their Finn of choice! Oh my goodness, I love everything about the Finns - but especially their lovely transparent wings. The new ink blossom Finn is so lovely!

My current favorite is the Gold Leaf Finn.
The horns and tribal-like patterning invokes a sense of wildness whereas the colors, gold and black, denote a level of elegance, class, and luxury. Finns on the whole are written as wild, trickster dragonlings who are also rare and difficult to obtain so in my opinion the Gold Leaf Finn is the essence of the Finn.

Finns are my favorite species on Aywas. Something about Finns is just so graceful and elegant. They have beautiful fairy wings and look like something out of a fairy tale. My favorite is the Celestial Finn. It reminds me of water (don't ask how. It looks absolutely gorgeous as does the Moon Bearer Finn.

I absolutely ADORE the Waterbreather Finn! The Waterbreather Finn reminds me of my best friend Becca - her fursona, Nefarious, is an ice dragon and if I were to ever get hold of one, I'd definitely name it after her <3 Finns overall have been a longtime favourite species besides Griffins for me. There's something incredibly streamlined and almost sexy about the Finn's overall design; it's a dragon with almost-fragile fae-like wings, and suits both fur and scales design-wise. They are, for me anyway, a pipe dream - incredibly beautiful to look at, but not a species I see myself owning in my own lair anytime soon, I doubt I'll ever be able to afford a Finn Egg or a Random Finn Potion in my lifetime XD For now though, I like admiring all the pretty colourations, I'm incredibly envious of those who own Finns on Aywas...such a pretty fae dragon <3!

I love Finns because I've always been a person who's loved to read and write fantasy stories and they're like their own self contained stories in one moderately sized pet. As for colors, Oh gosh I love all the new ones but can't decide if the tiger or tribal looking one is my favorite. The nighttime one with the little moon balloon is adorable too, though.

I think my favourite thing about Finns is actually their wings. I love how graceful and delicate they look. My favourite of the new ones is probably the Grinning Finn, because there's just something about that smile.
