The way we're going to do this is go in order of the winning tickets, with the first person getting first pick, second getting second pick, etc.

Me too Sylver, that's not very fair for somebody to win twice when the number of winners is already so small.

I agree, the original agreement would be that only ONE person would win ONE pet, or were we all that entered and just had a free spot?

I can only assume that this was akin to a real-life raffle. Each ticket = one chance. So, multiple tickets = multiple chances. In fact, the exact quote was "Each SCC pet below will be won by one ticket holder." So, the draw was tied to the ticket, not the person, as can be seen by a multiple winner. There's no ambiguity there. Just probability.

>_> Let's not get this to an explosive point as I'm not overly concerned on my part since I'll be getting the leftover pet no one wants in the end. However fairness is being called into question in regards to the double winner. The statement doesn't relate to the tickets but to each user who bought a ticket. Regardless how many tickets they submitted, the 'rules' of this contest was that the winner would only receive /one/ pet of choice to spread the designs out and hopefully encourage species survival and user-interaction, the fact that one user got two slots, against this rule (in different order so the person wouldn't be able to get a complete pair right off the bat anyways), is causing quite a stir and I'm not entirely sure if the number is a typo (can happen), or the staff didn't realize the error that has occurred. The best we can do at the moment is hope to hear from them what their verdict is about this double-winner..

I wonder how we'll find out who picked what? Are we going to be noted or something?
