Thats an awful lot of money. That could buy a good many months worth of cash shop pets. I have to ask, but what are ice sleeves? I don't know what they do or why they are wanted so bad.

They're used as placeholders for other items in raffles, in this case it was those SCC pets, in other instances they've been for RL items.
