The Custom Tokens in the Trash Shop have been given a serious price bump. I know price increases are never fun, but I think we can all agree that being able to get a pet with 75% edits for 1 GP isn't quite right.
And while I'm here, I'd like to remind everyone that glows, transparency, and clipped on accessories/clothing still count as edits, and thus are not allowed on Metals.

I'd also like to make sure everyone knows that the Personal Custom Queue now allows you to cancel your own pet submissions! If you submit an image only to realize you submitted the wrong image, had a white background, coloring errors, or any other mistake, you can cancel it yourself instead of having to PM me.

If I wasn't distracted by that Ippo in there, I probably would have snagged a gold token, had I thought this would happen. lol An item dumping increase would be kinda nice, like from 100 items to 150 or something.

I purchased and commissioned 5 GOLD TOKEN DESIGNS 1 week ago.
I should've spent around 12500 trash point IN TOTAL. Now that my colorings are almost ready, and I have to pay all artists, I find out that I have to spend !!! 67500 !!! trash points in order to create those designs I payed. I don't think this is a fair thing to do from minute to another!! And with this kind of hicking!!

Should've gotten the tokens before you commissioned them anyway.. Kind of common sense to have the token/orb/crystal/what have you BEFORE you ask someone to make it.

I was hoarding points to purchase those. If I know I can gain for example 5M BPs in a week of exploring, and I only have 3M right now, I still can order something worth 4M from an user, since I know it only takes 2 days to satisfy that order. If I find out that things that usually costs 4M now costs 20M each, you understand that makes me quite disappointed.

@Solestial: If prices before were so low that it was less bothersome for you to use top-tier items for non-Gold designs than to make a single post in the Crystal Thread and check back a week later, that's a pretty good demonstration of why this price hike was necessary. You SHOULDN'T be able to fit "all the edits you want" on every custom you make, and especially not while only paying 200k for it. Gold-level customs of any kind should NOT be easy to get.

I think we all agreed that 200k for a Gold custom making item of any kind is far too low, but increasing the price of all of them by 400% is ridiculious

(Agrees with Pheobe) Its enough that breedings are hard to do and expensive, leave our custom making alone~ Its fine if you want to make gold tokens near impossible to get, but please leave the price of metal/bronze alone for the most part, and blue a little alone. /shakes head/ I really hope you rethink this aywas ..otherwise I have really lost all faith in this site with its constant making everything harder and harder to get.

I totally agree with what red_77 said. :/ I actually joined this site with no knowledge or friendship with anyone on the site (actually, still no one, since my sister doesn't play very often), and so I never got any gifts or special things. I can't spend any money online because I'm only a high school student, and my parents can't really spare said money. I can't do art because we barely have anything that I can use to make art, and I'm not particularly good at it either. I've never spent any money on GP; it was all earned. My first custom was somewhere around a year and a half or more made. While I love it to death, it's definitely something that I would've appreciated being able to get much earlier, and I don't think it's right for Aywas to increase the price so much at once; what exactly is supposed to be appealing if you can't do much with your earned BP and items in explore/adventure? Because let's face it. Even when you're collecting things, you need the money in order to actually get Admin Distributed pets and such. :| Also, the community looking down on each other. There's no need to call others whiners and beggars and crybabies just because they are upset that they can't reach their goal of actually getting a metal custom or something of the sort. I'm entirely dismayed at seeing what people will comment to each other; especially at all the passive aggressiveness, false niceties, and subtle making fun of statements. Especially oce. Just because some people have the ability to spend whatever amount of time trashing things on their screen with their internet doesn't mean others can. It personally takes me an eternity to load trashing things, so I don't do it much.
Anyway, just my long rant.

I usually don't post on things like this but I'm going to try to express myself reasonably in my personal opinion. Yes, the price hike is rather sudden. Yes, it's kind of one adjustment after another. This one, however, isn't focused directly on BP or GP. It's on imaginary points that are locked to the account specifically and that use items of any rarity to acquire. It's not impossible to get, really. It just takes more work. I see people who complain that they can't get a token custom pet within 2 weeks of joining now and I just have to shake my head at them. Even if I was able to get a token within 2 weeks of joining, I personally have zero skill coloring and would have to pay someone to color the design for me. An additional cost that would almost certainly be in BP or GP unless you ran across a person who was giving them out. You don't have to fight in Adventure to get items or BP. You just have to click a button for a while on any pet of any level. Doing that, you'll get more than enough to dump for points and/or buy a coin or design with BP once you've reached that time. As with any game, you get what you give and, personally, that's how I believe it should be. I admit, I haven't personally bought any GP with real money. But I have the ~time~ to invest to gain the BP that I have earned. People complaining over not being able to have a custom the instant they join kind of irks me because that's almost exactly the definition of entitlement. I understand having a goal and seeing it suddenly take a lot longer to reach hurts but, honestly, it really doesn't take much more than time in adventuring (and dumping items daily) to reach this one.
