We would like to welcome you to the new and improved Aywas Pet Shop!
We dusted, cleaned, and put a new coat of paint on everything! Except the pets. we did not paint the pets.
You might also notice that the Pet Shop has a whole new stock of pets! These pets have set prices instead of the old account-based (number of pets you own) prices. We tiered the prices so that all users have the chance of getting some pets from this shop!
The Pet Shop is now on a stock rotation schedule. The stock will be changing every 3 months from here on out. We will give you a week or two of warning before each stock change. After the pets are removed from the pet shop they will be retired. That means you can no longer get these pets after they are removed from the shop. So grab them while you can!
If you want to have the chance of getting a design of yours into the pet shop, go ahead and submit them to the Pet Coloration Submissions forum. Most of the submitted designs will be put into explore/adventure, but some random designs will be kept to go into the pet shop!
If your design is now in the pet shop please contact Kyu (#1010) for your free copy. That's right, if your design is accepted and put in the shop you get a free copy. That could save you a good amount of BP!
I hope you all enjoy the new pets and the new stock rotation system! Hopefully this brings some excitement and joy back to the Aywas Pet Shop!

Brooklyn, hard refresh or clear your cache. That should cause them to show their correct images. As for there already being so many retired pets... I am not aware of a large amount of pets already retired. Besides scribble pets, april fools, and old independence day pets, everything else is simply AD. The hope is that retiring these pet shop pets will bring back a sense of rarity and value to some colorations.

Seems I was mistaking, only around 40 are retired (not including special pets). Though out of those, 30 something were done recently. With this new system, assuming we'll have the same number of pets each time, that will be 96 pets retired each year.

Adding onto above post, I do get the idea of trying to make site colorations more valuable and such though and support that.

They're great! When the pets are "retired", they won't be available from an MPT? I really like them, I'm just gonna have to dip into savings.
