This event marks the end of our user event marathon for a little while, so enjoy this one!
"Sometimes we all need to be given a reason to love life, and once we have that reason, we start to see many other reasons that we hadn't noticed before. This event strives to make you love your life on Aywas a little more, in the hopes that it will drive you to realize other reasons to love your life that you may have overlooked in the past. So during this event, please take some time to remember those who have passed on, as well as those whom were taken away from the world against their will. Then please take some more time to reflect upon the reasons that you have to love your life, large or small." -- Chianya

Aywas can be a resource for help, too. The core of our community is one that's caring, generous and kind, even amid dark life struggles. We have created a family of threads to illustrate our compassion and outreach, and hope that you make use of them, whether it's by lending an ear, sharing an experience, or offering support.

Aywas Angel Hopeline
A permanent thread for those who are seeking or want to offer peer support from within the Aywas community. This is not for ranting or little frustrations, but for truly distressed people who are in need of an Aywas angel.
While participating in these threads, please be sure to be mindful of the ToS so as not to discuss inappropriate topics. Thank you!
We will be having a lot of fun with this event over the next few days and have some awesome goodies planned, but here's a sneak peek at one if you want to get started a little early. ;)

This event happens to coincide with a pretty tough time for me and I have to say I for one appreciate this a lot. Thank you Chianya.

I've struggled though depression for most of my life. And I still have my good days and bad ones. Thank you so much for this event, Chianya. It really is wonderful to create such a place of support, which is hard to come by in today's world. <3

This event is both impressive and beautiful.
I've seen Slashbots used for many things, but a community-focused, love-filled event like this is both unique and very sweet.
As several people have said, even without the prospect of the SCC pet, this is truly a great thing to do, Chianya.
As for the Phoenix, that thing is incredibly gorgeous. I have a couple designs ready for it for myself, and I plan to make a few dozen more and gift them away to people if I can. Because I think gifting and spreading the love is an excellent way to brighten someones day. I know I myself have been saved by a handful of pixels in the past. <3
