Well, I got VengefulSpirits from DA to make us some animated pets...
(here's my OC as an example)

EXPERIMENTAL
animated SCC custom (that you describe, not that one there).I have no idea how well this'll work since it's a new concept, so be warned.
And no, you can't breed it for its animatedness D8
You'll get an unanimated version for breeding purposes.

So, understanding that at the current time they're only accepted under certain conditions, but does this mean that users may submit their own in the not-too distant (but not-too near) future? Or will this be exclusively a special prize thing?

Oh my gosh, I'd love to be able to make animated SCCs. I love animating~ 8D I'd actually try to do site art if these are implemented, lol. XD
